Fees. 10% of the approved supplement, $150 minimum per file. Nothing is due up front. We invoice on the 1st and 15th, after the carrier releases funds. Estimate-only Xactimate work is $100.
Turnaround. Your supplement goes back in 24-48 hours.
How we write it. Every line item gets an F9 note citing the code section, manufacturer instruction, photo or measurement behind it. We submit to the carrier, follow up every 2-3 days, and help with the final invoice and completion paperwork.
Who we work for. Roofing contractors only, on your scope and pricing. We don’t do public adjusting and we don’t represent homeowners.
Where. Most of our contractors work the hail belt: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois and Arizona. Everything is remote, so we work nationwide.

Who do you work with?
We work with roofing contractors nationwide. Our intake and document review can be completed remotely.
What should I send first?
Start with the carrier’s original estimate, available damage photos, measurements, and your contact information. If you don’t have everything yet, tell us what is missing.
What happens after I submit?
We review the file, identify potential scope or documentation gaps, and contact you about next steps. Paid supplement work begins after we agree on the service and fee terms.
Can you guarantee an increase or approval date?
No. Results depend on the damage, documentation, policy, applicable requirements, and carrier review. We explain the file’s needs and keep you informed as the work progresses.
How do fees work?
