How these results are calculated
The historical tracker contains 2,519 reconciled carrier-approved supplement records totaling $14,184,305.44. Average supplement amount: $5,630.93. Average claim increase: the arithmetic mean of each claim’s RCV increase, 40.9% across 2,518 records with a positive original estimate. The increase across combined original estimate dollars is 24.3%.
Duplicate entries were reconciled against team records; conflicting duplicate amounts and one record with an RCV mismatch were excluded. A zero-original-RCV record is included in dollars and count, but excluded from percentage calculations. RCV means replacement cost value. Approved supplements are not the same as cash collected. Historical results do not guarantee an individual outcome.
